Even though I am only a casual Go player, it has fascinated me always from the scientific point of view: Due to combinatorial explosion Go is much harder for computer programs then chess, which I find a very nice aspect.
I any case I am also involved in running a file search engine. FindFiles.net support all existing file formats and indexes only public files in the Internet.
Lately we noted that our users started search for, and to download quite a few sgf Go files. We have presently links to about 12 000 sgf Go files.
But of course we would like to enlarge our database for Go players. It is not so easy for us to find sites with sgf Go files. So if you know a site just drop me a note at DemianL [[[at]]] gmx.de. That would be nice.
I hope I do not disturb your forum.
Thanks,
Demian
