Wbaduk, Tygem, Oro: all the same player base?

As the title suggests, I'm basically seeking confirmation that the players scattered among the various servers on Wbaduk are those who are also connected to Tygem, Oro, etc. This would mean that ranks are the same across these various servers, although individual users accounts are not.
