WBaduk for iOS is available

Post by lobotommy »

For iPad and iPhone, check the AppStore (links: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=4316).

Very nice, better than Tygem app. But I noticed few crashes already (I have jailbroken device so maybe it is the reason).

There is also 2600(!) tsumego included and a lot of pro games which you can view online.

Neat. Am I right that this is basically an English version of Orobaduk?

Yep. Now hopefully they will come out with a client for Android soon. :)

The client is beautiful, but there doesn't seem to be any mis-tap prevention while playing. If you accidentally touch the board in the wrong spot, game over. I like the Tygem double-tap approach. I think wms said in another thread the KGS app has a confirm button. That's a reasonable solution too.

Bummer! My experience with Tygem and with using Smartgo on the iPad shows that it would be impossible for me to play without some form of protection.
