Re: L19 2011 tournament: PAIRINGS and RESULTS
joaz, does that mean topazg just gets replaced or that the whole pairing as made now by several visual brackets is different for that group?

i asked Joaz by PM and the whole pairing is changed - n-th player from the old group is replaced by n-th player from the new group (my bracket has been accordingly updated, hopefully correctly)

I might be wrong, but probably not.

Congratulations, LiKao!
You get the dubious honour of playing me next (if the table does not shift).
Man, looking at your rank and the game, I'm not sure how much trouble I might be in.

I'm in London right now, waiting for a plane to Florence. My universal electrical converter just went *bang* and thew sparks, so it may be difficult to charge my laptop for a few days. Please wait til I get back to the US on the 23rd for round 3.
Thankns

I'll be offline from the 19th to 28th. If my opponent is already known I can play him before that.

Your opponent is Marcus.

That looks ok, but as I mentioned before, the only official pairings are those that I post. I think that Sol's chart is good through round 3, but not round 4. ( Ie: the winner of Li Kao vs Marcus then will play Lindentree, not Dusk Eagle )

Re: L19 2011 tournament: PAIRINGS and RESULTS
I'll be without internet until early september, so I've PM'ed Emeraldemon on KGS, informing him I forfeit our game. I was actually really looking forward to playing, but we've been trying to schedule for so long, I feel like I'm impeding him from actually playing a game at this point. If possible, I would still like to play my game in the loser's bracket, if early september is not too late for that.

Sorry to hear that. I was also looking forward to playing. It's tough to get those cross-timezone games to work. Hopefully you can still return to play!

I won't be back in the US until August 22nd, and by the time I recover from jet lag and get re-oriented, 3rd round pairing in the lower bracket will probably not go up until the 26th. So you should be ok.
