I'm an italian uni student, and I've come across Go quite recently, and got addicted in like 30 seconds! I've really just began, I'm looking for a goban to buy and start studying on my own. Until now I've only played against SmartGo on the iPod (and win like 50% of times on a 9x9 board with a handicap of 2 stones, I've been playing for like a week) and I'm reading the "Learn to play go" series by Janice Kim (I've read the first 2 volumes, but I feel like I need to study on a real goban and place the stones to "feel" how to play before proceding)..I created an account on IGS, but haven't played yet
I'm looking for a teacher, but can't really find any in my city
