is not a bad move at all. In fact, I might have played there myself, too. If you really feel like you must play on the right side, something like Q14 is not that bad either, though it's indeed probably a tad slow.
is just good IMO, I would play the same.
I'd be really, really happy that white actually forces you to play on the perfect point.
is an overplay, AND very greedy. At this point, black is leading.
