As far as I can tell, http servers for both http://www.usgo.org and http://www.gocongress.org are both down as of 10pm (pacific) May 18th 2010.
the server itself appears to be up and responding to ping, but HTTP requests are timing out.
I have no way of knowing if e-mails using the usgo domain will go through - hence this thread.
usgo.org webserver down. (resolved - thank you.)

Site has been restored. emails were able to get through all through the night just fine.
