What do you believe are his 2 mistakes?

EdLee:
First mistake is tenuki from F17 stone, this is something you can do in handicap game, but not in even game against stronger opponent. Second mistake (or maybe just my feeling) is P16, it leaves many weaknesses. I would play solidly at P17. But the best move in his position if he didn't want to settle his F17 stone would be L17. I would have trouble responding to it. Am I making any sense?

We are going to have to use a circle to show last move until someone explains to me how to do numbers above 10.

I decided that a double wing was more important than taking sente for the following reason:

if white invades my position we can expect something like this.

With the stone I just played already in place I can worry about saving the stone on the right either by making a base or by running out without having to worry about my wall becoming overconventrated.

I want to avoid something like this:

Black gets sente ofcourse because white does not want to be pincered but there is still the invasion at the 3,3 point attachment, so I think this is bad for black.

In addition it's not like I am playing a small gote move to defend, because a double wing is a very large move even if it is got.e.

I am happy with this board position and would put myself a little bit ahead because I think white is a little less develop able in the upper right.

Having made a supporting enclosure, black is willing to 'fight' on top (ie allowing white to take the game :b9: ). Jumping back instead is a normal idea- when the pincer fight is going to be good for white. Ergo, I feel the game move was a little submissive.

Edit;
(I think after a white high approach bottom left, I prefer white despite black's double wing in the top right)
Actually, it's an interesting situation.

Seems like black can make it difficult for white to use the thickness.

Edit;
Leaving a & b as good points; and white needs to stop black from taking/guarding both. (Just placing my extremely fanciful bets).

How many times will he tenuki there? It's close to midnight here and I need to sleep on this. I like my position better, but it will be hard to punish his moves.

Actually, one can tenuki as much as one wants, as long as it works. Also, you and speedchase are similar levels.

Of course he can, but it doesn't look like working to me -> I consider it a mistake. I need to come up with a good punishment for it to take effect and this may proof difficult (and I'll probably mess up). But do you really want to say that his play is standard? Then I would like to see some reference.
