Apparently they seem to differ on that, at least when the order will be processed by "Schaak & Go Winkel Het Paard" (the european Kiseido reseller).
I ordered both volumes via the Kiseido page but when I was contacted by Schaak & Go, they told me, they don't know anything about an extended free shipping offer, even if you order the book now. They also told me, they would check. I'm still waiting on this but at least I got the first volume now.

I just placed an order, and I expected to get a confirmation page and e-mail indicating the 10% discount and free shipping after I placed my order. I received neither, is this to be expected when ordering from Kiseido?
I only placed my order ~10m ago, so maybe I need to wait until Japan wakes up for confirmation.

I recieved a reply two days after I ordered. But it went over to a reseller, the original mail by Richard Bozulich was written five hours after I made the order. (So, I think there is no automatic reply).
In any case, you might want to check your spam. In my case the reseller used a very weird eMail-adress, which lead to me actually wanting to delete the mail...

A good opportunity to buy the hardcover version of Invicible - the games of Shusaku I must say 
It took 10 days or so to get my copy from Schaak & Go Winkel Het Paard.
