Kuchinashi Tournament Time?

i'll do it if its open to my rank (7kyu KGS).

I think we're aiming for 1-3k this time, but I'm willing to also run a 7-9k or 4-6k version as long as they get enough participants. The Kuchinashi is usually a pretty narrow band to make for evener matches, but I'm also open to larger bands. Any opinions on that?

I have a list up. If we can get 6-8 in the 1-3k band I think we can go ahead with this. The format is tentatively best of 3 each round and double elimination, with the final being best of 5 with the winners bracket having a 1 game advantage.

I'm tentatively interested, though I've had trouble with scheduling games in the past.

I'd be interested, if it includes 5ks etc. One idea might be to use handicap for games with unevenly ranked players.
