The Eagles - Journey of the Sorcerer, well-known to journeyfolks as soundtrack of the original BBC “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” series. I’m not especially a fan of the Eagles, but I love this piece (as much as I love the original series :-)).

I nominate the beginning of Haydn's "The Creation," namely

Die Vorstellung des Chaos
Im Anfange schuf Gott Himmel und Erde
Nun schwanden vor dem heiligen Strahle

(These should normally be Prelude, #1, #2, but I've seen them as #1, #2, #3.)

That should be about ten minutes. It's really one continuous idea... "Im Anfange," the most iconic segment, is only like two minutes long but its not as impressive if you don't frame it with chaos and the war in heaven.
