Anyone want to be my buddy?

I'm looking for someone around my rank (currently 9k on KGS but I've taken a little hiatus so that might not be very accurate) who would be interested in playing somewhat regular games with me -- once or twice a week, maybe set up a certain time to play.

I'm hoping this will make me play a little bit more often and stay interested in go.

I have no real available time for scheduled regular games. If you want to play one, just ask in l19 room on kgs when I'm on.

, I'll chalk this up to my being relatively new to the board. I thought I had sent you a PM but apparently I had not.

It says that I sent it on the 29th. But is sitting in my outbox instead of my sent folder :scratch:

Anyway the gist of it is I'm around 12 kyu and from Texas, central time zone. More then happy to discuss potential game times if i can figure out how to work the PM system. :lol:

I'm also 9k and in Texas but don't know if my schedule is normal enough for weekly set games.

But either way lets play a game and see whats up with our schedules. Or you twitchy. I'm always down for a game with anyone.

I'm always game. I usually play around 8:30 or 9pm Central time. I'm up for regular set times as well (its how I usually game).

Wow, everyone's from Texas. :shock:

I have a friend down there (I moved back to Canada), and I'm lucky if I can coax a game out of him once a month!

I'm willing to play. I'm usually available during the day (work evening shifts) at GMT-8 (Pacific Time). That's two hours early from you Texans.

I hardly play online at all, because I find the speed of play and the impersonal interaction very off-putting. I'd love to have a Go buddy to chat, discuss and play slow games with.

I'm... Not sure what rank I am. I'll play until my win/loss ratio evens out and report back. I think around 8k-5k IGS but with shitty reading. :oops:
