Igolocal was started by Chuck Thomas of Shodan Imports back in July 2010. viewtopic.php?p=23464#p23464
If you look at the SL page for Shodan Imports, you'll see that as of February 2012, Chuck has started full time at a new job with no time to service his customers and he's looking for a buyer for his business.
I would guess therefore that he does not have time to maintain Igolocal either.
From the SL page for Igolocal, we learn that "the domain seems to have lapsed as of 4/26/12, picked up by one of those scumbags that takes them up as soon as they're available. Who knows if they'll pay the ransom to buy it back... Sad day.
"
So it's hard to say when it will be back up.

still going to www.igolocal.net seems to still work, though it does seem to have more functional issues now.
