Hi PlaySlow,
Very small, very slow.
slow, small.
strange. Two vital points here: R8 and Q9.
Probably just block at Q9 first.
Soft. Hane N8.
,
not good.
Maybe turn N8, still big.
C3 ?
W has these bad habits (
,
).
You've pushed this far, why stop now; push one more, G16;
then F15 -- try to completely close W, if possible.

bad exchange, bad habit. See
.
Play here directly; don't do the exchange
-
.
Have to read forever here...
Did you also read K9 attach or N8 turn ?
Did you read the cut L9, or the clamp M8 ?
-
Locally, this shape is a disaster for Black. Classic toothpaste .
Did you read the atari M5 ?
Did you think about killing M6 or Q5, or both ?
Did you read the atari M5 ?
Did you read M7 ?
Pass ?? To reduce his eyespace,
did you read P7 push or S8 hane ?
Did you read S7 clamp ?
You already forced W to live with
; what are you still doing here ?
Tenuki; C3, etc.
107 Why. So small, so slow; not looking at the whole board.
Curious if Mr. Yoda's new book may have something to say about this move.
posts 9-43+ .
110 small; also missing the big picture. C3 huge.

69 @ M7 ?
Still officially AGA 5d but I play so irregularly these days that I am probably only 3d or 4d over the board (but hopefully still 5d in terms of knowledge, theory and the ability to contribute).

Re: Question about answering an invasion/reductio
Black has built up a nice lead in the opening, mainly as a result of White making small life on the right side.
That being the case, there is an argument for simply securing territory with, say,
. But Black still has concerns about his group on the left side and a possible invasion on the bottom side.My first thought is
, which not only attacks
, but bolsters the bottom side. Now if
,
continues the attack and actually starts to build a framework with the Black stones on the bottom. Your attack should work out, as well.
As a result, White made territory on the bottom as well as reducing Black's large framework. IMO, White has the edge now.

Re: Question about answering an invasion/reductio
Thank you all for your comments. I will study thorugh the stuff you have suggested.
Edlee, i demoralized after not answering the reduction properly and didnt read throughly. I should work on playing the game calmer and use my time to think.. If i made some serious mistake in mid or early game, sometimes i stop to read and play intuitively only.. And that does not help improving.

(From another recent thread, post 57):demoralized
Yes, human emotions and psychological factors can make a big difference.the game is completely won for Black
One nice lesson from Go is to learn to see reality as it is, to see nature as it is -- no more, no less.
Over-confidence, self-distrust, arrogance, insecurity, over-estimating ourselves, under-estimating the opponent, etc... can impact the game (and our life)
