It is a new Baduk TV series, which translates something like "The Return of Alphago." It is almost certainly a replay of the games, although I do not see where they explicitly stated that in this article.

The general consensus among Chinese pros, when reviewing the games at Weiqi TV, is that it's between one-stone handicap to reverse komi to play against this version of AlphaGo.

Probably, in case of playing against AlphaGo constantly, if they start from reverse komi, it shouldn't take a long time for them to level up to one-stone handicap.

How wonderful would it be to watch a "team" handicap series? Select the top 9 pros willing to participate and they draw handicaps out of a hat: from 1 to 9 stones, then play AlphaGo with long time limits.
