4k vs 5k Review: I was destroyed since the beginning

In this game I was literally destroyed (I am white) in a quick game. I usually play at least a "not-so-bad opening" but in this case I was completely outplayed since the very beginning, and when my opponent made the last invasion I felt disgusted of my poor defence.

The passion is nice; a positive direction to channel the negative feelings: the local situation is not an isolated shape; it occurs occasionally -- good to study how to handle it under various boards. If at H3 works, then becomes just a reduction.
