As a first time subscriber to Baduk Magazine, I was pleasantly surprised to see their September issue featured a full page article of the recent 2010 US Go Congress. The article made the glossy section, which has highly limited space.
This adds to my already positive opinion of outreach and support seen from Korean sources at this year's go congress. The Korean Amateur Baduk Association as well as ORO Media were both official sponsor for the congress. There were two Korean Pros in attendance: Seong-Young Kim and Myungwan Kim. Finally Myungwan Kim presented a number of individuals who placed well in the US Open with official certificates of rank from the Korean Baduk Association.

Re: 2010 US Go Congress Featured in Baduk Magazine
There's also been ads for US Go congress in the other popular Korean go magazine, 바둑세계 (World Baduk). Another interesting thing was that, in some issues from a few months ago, some of the game commentary was given *both* in Korean and in English. I thought this was interesting, since the rest of the magazine was in Korean.
