We have just had what may be the first mother-daughter official pro game: Kin vs Jo Bunen in the Women's Honinbo. Daughter won.
I have not checked this one out, but from memory we have definitely had father-son, father-daughter, brother-brother and sister-sister, uncle-nephew, and some in-law games. I suspect there are other relationships but my brain is too tired to try to think of them.
