I am tired of regular players suddenly leaving my games when they are losing. So, to rectify that I will pay for regular rated kyu players to play me on KGS. I will uses PAYPAL or send a check AFTER the completed game.

This seems a little extreme. I will gladly play you for free. If you want to pay me, I won't say no, either though. :P

However, if you are paying for games, you should consider looking for some teaching games, that way you are getting something for your $.
