Please give me your thoughts on this :) (KGS - 1k vs 2d)

Hi everyone,
I didn't play much for the past 2 months and focused on studying books (mostly on fuseki, since I was advised to).
This is my first game after awhile, with a guy I just know whose style I like very much. I'm pretty sure I was serious for the entire fight (and refusing to resign while behind quite a lot, well he was pretty kind an patient I guess).

Here's the game, I was white.

Despite my efforts in fuseki I can see that I'm already behind after 20 moves or so.
L17 was slack, but I couldn't figure out a good following move against O15 (I really want sente). Anyone has a good move here?
After that, D10 should be around tengen to put a check on black's moyo maybe?
The trade at the bottom left is also not good enough IMO, and to settle the position should F8 be at D8 instead?

I'd appreciate other insight in the game too. Apparently he read much deeper (and faster) than me, or was I just losing it after some months away from real game hm...

16: The joseki moves after the cap are r17 and m16. Neither look bad to me.

22: rubbish, just answer his approach, the lower side is small if he tries to make territory there as you have m2 sente yose.

30: this is not a trade, it is robbery. Easy way to get an ok result is play e5 at e4, let him push through and munch f3 for 4th line territory. Maybe you can play c7 at d2 and fight, trying to make sense of k3, but that requires reading.

For 30, I've heard that C7 @ D3 is honte and playable, but White's still hopelessly sealed in and I figure it's good for Black anyway - otherwise these were exactly the points I was going to make. After the lower left corner has resolved, the game is almost impossible for White I think.
