This was a game from this evening on KGS. I was maybe not feeling the sharpest, and so didn't read things through that well, but would appreciate some comments on where I need to put in more work. I feel my Tesuji skills are very poor, but my worst skills are in fighting..

I'm not sure but I think 15 was a joseki error on Black's part.

I now understand that the cut is too early, but black's hane is also too early right? Is variation 2 in your diagram better?
