Re: I Keep Losing
A few quick thoughts:
Average time per move: 9.6 seconds
23: Q10 is well placed to play R5. R5 denies white a base, and Q10 prevents expansion along the side.
27: Too slow I think. White is already stable, this move doesn't do too much for you in my opinion.
31: Also slow. There's still room to mess with white on top, maybe peep at N16.
59: loose, white was right to cut. what's wrong with H5?
61: ? I don't know what this move is supposed to do.
63: ?? Why are you saving that stone? What does it do?

Re: I Keep Losing
7: With the sanrensai, you announce your intention to play an influence-oriented game. Then, with your fourth stone, you play low. R14 or a pincer would be more consistent.
21: A bit timid. You probably can play E6.
23: He should make his approach from O3 where there is more room. When he jumps into a tight space, keep him from getting eyes via the slide to S4. Play R5 or S5.
47: M3 finishes the aji. You are probably going to have to play it sooner or later.
51: What does this do for you? He has a cutting stone with 2 liberties. After one move of yours and one move of his, it now has 3 liberties. You just forced him to make it 50% stronger.
59: Either use your cutting stone at K5 or abandon it. This just encorages him to split you.
107: You play F11, and he dies.
My overall feel of the game is that you made no horrible moves, but a lot of unfocused moves, as if you spent much of the game with no clear plan.
