I am a beginner. Here I am curiosity of the cases mentioned above. First how inseis and pros study and practice? And how take care their health not only physically but mentally? I heard Go Seigen takes meditation for his mental strength. I mean such things. Their study and practising courses interest me. Let me know if any. Thanks.

Insei and pros study just like everyone else. They do problems, play games, review their games, and various other things. The main difference is that they do harder problems play stronger opponents, ect.
I don't think most insei and pros go out of their way to care for their mental health besides just trying not to overdo it. Go Seigen was in a motor cycle accident which caused him to have difficulty concentrating, which may also be why he needs medication.

I don't mean so. But I mean their study schedules and courses.
I think inseis and pros have aim on Go.
So they have study plan according to the instruction of his teacher/s or on his own way.
That I want to know is:
Why need a teacher from any Association in Japan, Korea and China to become strong at Go?
There are many books on Go in English. Not enough?
Can anyone become a pro/dan without going to those places?
To Go Seigen's mediation:

Re: How inseis and pros practice and how care for their heal
I think many pros in Japan give attention to their physical (and mental) condition. There is a Japanese word tairyoku which means physical strength or bodily power. This word is used in game commentaries as being an important factor in playing. Long games require physical stamina and pros have to pay attention to this. Physical stamina is important in maintaining focus and concentration. I have no idea what they do to practice in this area, though. Amateurs often lose their cool when they make a mistake or their opponent plays an unexpected good move. This happens to pros, too, but I think they learn to shake it off and keep focus on the reality of the game position. Sometimes we make mistakes and we really aren't so far behind as we might think. So I think the right mental attitude is always to see what's really in the position, not indulge in fantasies and not give up unnecessarily.

Misread, sorry.
Although that being said the motocycle accident might be why he needs meditation too.
If you want to know about insei study plan I suggest you read antti's blog. He was a insei in Japan for a while. you would have to go back some, because he is back in the states now. it is at gooften.net
