Problem Downloading SGFs from Eidogo Viewer

Post by Dusk Eagle »

In this thread, when I click "Download SGF", I get the following error message:

Code: Select all

Request-URI Too Large

The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Apache Server at default.secureserver.net Port 80

Could an admin look into this?

Edit: It only happens with Suji's post, not with Aphelion's.
We don't know who we are; we don't know where we are.
Each of us woke up one moment and here we were in the darkness.
We're nameless things with no memory; no knowledge of what went before,
No understanding of what is now, no knowledge of what will be.

That happened to me, too...
That which can be destroyed by the truth should be.

Yeah, I'm aware of the problem and the cause of it. It only happens with SGF files that are embedded inline, and are somewhat larger than average. You can get around it by posting the SGF file as a URL. You can upload it as an attachment if you don't have a place to host it.

Fixing it is somewhat complex, so I haven't gotten around to it.
