I can easily help you find that book, but...

Is it a baduk book?

Is "Top 1%" written in English or in Korean "상위 1%"?

I can't go in tchan001's website.

I have these books, and they are very good. The format is organized by problem type, and very suitable for printing. I copied pages and used them as worksheets to solve problems with pencil and paper. I have many go problem books, and these are some of my favorites.

I've tried to get them several times... and something happens always!
last time my friend in Korea got his arm broken in an accident and obviously didn't get them

if they are out-of-print, are more rare.

That only make me want them more badly.

I own a first print of "Go Proverbs" by Segoe, "Attack and Kill" from Kato and one of the few editions of Segoe's Tsumego dictionary

Now I want this books more

Yesterday I've read on tchan001 blog that Top 1% books are available in Chinese, here is the text:
(and amazon.cn link for these books is https://goo.gl/eDZnfq )
* * *
This set is out of print and very difficult to get in it’s Korean form, BUT the good news is that I have checked it against the Quick Success Weiqi Series 速成围棋 and it is the same as the Advanced Series 高级篇 only the answers are included in the Chinese versions and there is no need to buy an extra answer book. So if you need it, try searching an online Chinese bookstore such as Dangdang or Amazon.cn using the keywords 速成围棋高级篇.
