Invading and defending 3-space extensions - Ishi Press book?

Hi Guys,

I seem to recall that one of Ishi Press's older books had a nice discussion of invading and defending 3-space extensions. Both for 3rd-line-3rd-line situations and also for 3rd-line-4th-line extensions.

It seems it might have been in "Attack and Defense" or maybe in "Lessons in the Fundamentals", but I can't seem to find it.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and where it's located?

It was a weak part of the otherwise nice Attack and Defense, so I am not sure if you really mean that book. Chapter 8.
