Re: Jang Stone No. 1
I assume it's like a lot of things where the seller/manufacturer is just lying a little to make their product seem better than it is. Like how if you buy 8gb of ram you don't actually get all 8gb, or if you get a 500gb hdd you don't actually get to use all 500gb, or to use a cycling reference, some ...

Version 0.95 released.
It includes more accurate ranks and some some minor gui fixes.
As usual, download link is in Frango's kgs info.
edit: version 0.97 released
It adds automatic support for games that were added manually on the server by admins upon requests from the players, as an example ...

Re: Views of the game
Hi,
as a ASR admin, my view is that you should resign that game that you escaped. I understand that it can be frustrating when the opponent takes desperate measures, but now that you're over it, time to do the right thing.
Thank you

Hello Santa,
group lessons (but let's say users can vote on the subject beforehand, not just some random stuff picked a few minutes before the lesson by the teacher) and teaching games would be my picks

Hi,
thank you for the feedback on Mac. So far I had positive feedback from mac users, I will need more details.
Version 0.94 has been released, fixes a bug in the kgs ranks displayed (it did not update properly), and connects to the new servers (old one will no longer be used).

Re: Go Review Archive finally available
I am thinking about buying this (even though I find it too expensive), but it would be really nice if some previous buyers could confirm that the overall quality of the magazine (scan and content wise) is good. I know there is a sample available, but it's just 1 sample, would still be nice to hear ...

Re: The demotion SAFEZONE
well, whatever rule there is for that:
1) tables should always show actual rank based on those rules
2) those rules should be written on the website

Re: The demotion SAFEZONE
You should make that official then, stalkor, and also adapt the tables on the website.
That "for same result, if one won more than the other he gets the rank" is a bit tricky, because what do you do if 3 or 4 have the same score?
Honestly, I think you should just drop that or at least think of a ...

Re: The demotion SAFEZONE
Hi,
when you say 6th, you mean real rank or asr website table rank? (as an example, if 2 players have 10 points, they don't have the same rank on the website (website simply sorts them in alphabetical order and then gives the ranks)).
It might sound obvious that it will be real rank, but since the ...

Re: Ideas about the League
Also, another small problem (in my opinion, always opinion here) is the way players are promoted. I think regardless of the total amount of points, the guy with the most wins (and with the same amount of wins, we look at points may be?) should always be promoted. And for the other(s), points based ...

Re: Ideas about the League
All I know is that there is no way stalkor is going to read your whole post; even when you tell him simple things he says no (it's his league, he makes that clear), so with something like this, no way he'll even look at it closely .
More seriously, it is a league for active players. There is no ...

Re: ASR league SUPERCLASS
I also think that all the high dan players in the super class should agree to play at least 1 game against the guy who got in from winning Alpha, otherwise it is not much of a prize for the guy from alpha if there is no guarantee he will get games
