Sunjang Baduk for Kaya

Post by rlaalswo »

I have just read an article from sensei's about Sunjang Baduk, - http://senseis.xmp.net/?SunjangBaduk
and maybe this can be a nice adoption for Kaya

There is a own scoring method for Sunjang Baduk, and this seems to be a problem, - http://senseis.xmp.net/?SunjangBadukCounting
but Sunjang Baduk doesn't look bad with Japanese or Chinese scoring.

Actually last week i was reminded by my original ideas of fix start-games. Sujang is an example, but also, figure having pre-set challenges or fusekis. So you can open a game like "chinese fuseki" . Or a close professional game, where you can play the yose with someone else to practice that specifically.

Tibetan will require 17x17 board support

thats trivial, the challenge is that it has different ko rules. I doubt tibetan will happen, batoo is more likely to happen lol

Tibetan Ko is the most trivial rule to code. With every game of it I play, I am less inclined to believe that it completely changes the nature of the game.
